WHAT IF MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE ?

This will happen from time to time. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location, we rely on the mail carriers to deliver the packages in a timely manner.   All packages will have tracking numbers. Delays can always happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given for missing packages in the mail as this is out of our control.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Samdanas does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
